We are an online-only luxury furniture and lighting boutique, and do not have a warehouse. Consequently, all orders are drop shipped directly from our manufacturers to your door. If your order includes items from more than one manufacturer, you will receive multiple deliveries. Because we are dependent on the on-hand inventory of our manufacturing partners, some items listed on our site may not actually be available right away. Salish Sound is a medium-roast, fair-trade espresso blend crafted for the West Coast palate—bright, balanced, and built to sing through milk. Roasted to develop a syrupy body while preserving lift, this blend channels the maritime clarity and layered sweetness of BC’s coffee scene: citrus and stone-fruit on the top, a rounded brown-sugar mid-palate, and a warm, nutty finish. Versatile and dependable, Salish Sound performs as a clean, fragrant espresso and as a generous base for milk drinks

Brew Guide:
- Espresso: Dose 18–20 g; yield 36–40 g; 25–30 seconds; 93–95°C. Expect a fragrant, syrupy shot with citrus lift and a rounded finish.
- Milk drinks: Steam milk to velvety texture; Salish Sound’s fruit and sugar notes cut through and complement milk sweetness.
- Alternate brew: Aeropress or short pour-over for a cleaner expression of the fruit notes.
